These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of First Steps in AI ("the Site"), located at firststepsinai.com, operated by Nexus Found LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Site

First Steps in AI is a content and education platform providing articles, guides, templates, and digital products related to AI automation tools and strategies. The Site is operated by Nexus Found LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Cocoa, Florida.

2. Products and Services

We offer the following products and services:

Free content — Blog articles and introductory guide articles available at no charge.
Subscription plans — Recurring monthly or annual subscriptions (Instructional, Toolkit, Everything) that provide access to premium guides, templates, workflows, and other content.
One-time digital downloads — PDF products (including the 30-Day Better Vibe Coder Challenge and 30-Day Brain Fry Prevention Challenge) sold as a single purchase.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal.
Upon cancellation, you retain full access through the end of your current paid billing period.
You will not be charged again after cancellation.
No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.

5. Digital Downloads — All Sales Final

All one-time digital download purchases are final. Because digital products are delivered instantly and electronically, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

We publish sample content for all digital products before purchase so you can make an informed decision. If you were charged in error due to a verified billing issue, contact us at hello@firststepsinai.com and we will review your case.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including articles, guides, templates, workflows, PDF products, and code — is the property of Nexus Found LLC and is protected by copyright law.

You may use purchased products for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share purchased content with others without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content without permission
Share subscription access with others
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

8. Affiliate Links

The Site contains affiliate links to third-party tools and services. If you purchase through an affiliate link, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships are disclosed on our Resources page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Results from applying techniques described on the Site will vary.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Brevard County, Florida.
